Lailah Morris, our Listing Specialist, manages all phases of the home selling process by working closely with the Listing Team and Escrow Manager. She also helps buyer clients dream about and find their next perfect home.
Lailah began her career as lawyer and has handled every level of litigation for serious and complex matters. With 13 years of experience as a criminal prosecutor she developed exceptional research, communication and negotiation skills that are proving to be invaluable as a realtor. In making the transition from law to real estate, Lailah saw an opportunity to help grow an established business within her own community by using those skills. Lailah is a self-proclaimed “extreme extrovert” who thrives when helping others discover their needs, meet their goals, and walk through times of transition. DCRG’s familial and collaborative culture are a perfect match for her as she and her husband Ryan raise three firecracker daughters here in the Bay Area. Building family and community is vital to her life, and she loves helping others do the same.
